HPE 115 Weight Training

Weight Training is designed to give you a basic understanding of proper resistance training techniques for a full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups.  You will learn how to integrate strengthening exercises to build stronger bones, develop your muscular strength and endurance as well as increase your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight. Course difficulty: Beginner.
