HPE 126A Pilates Mat Based

Pilates will challenge deep abdominal muscles to support the core, create a stronger, more flexible spine as well as promote recovery from strain or injury.  Pilates conditions the entire body with a non-impact approach suitable for all ages and abilities.  It will improve the way you look and feel as you tone and build long and lean muscles.   Pilates will correct over-training of muscle groups, which can lead to stress and injury.  The class will progress from beginner to intermediate level over the course of 10 weeks. Course difficulty: Beginner.
